This academic year was clearly the best year yet for Morningbell. Let's review some of the highlights

-Back to school show sells out the Atlantic!
-Taking Tampa by Storm
-Grow Radio Benefit with Hollowpaw (near capacity crowd @ CG's)
-Talking Heads Halloween show
-Georgia part Deux
-Thanksgiving Pageant with Inuit Jargon
-The O'Dome show
-The 3rd CD release and 2nd sellout show of the year!

and many more.

This was indeed a good year. We met many new faces, saw old friends leave town, and kept close to other friends who stuck around.

We've seen the advent of Morningbell 4.0 with Jake on drums and anticipate 5.0 with Jake's soon-coming departure.

We've always said we'll continue on as a band as long as we are better than we were six months ago and I feel this guideline has held up for us over the last year.

We've still got a few more goodies coming before we begin the hunt for a new drummer, and what will invariably be a new angle on the band.

This is going to be a big year to live up to, but I think we can do it if you do.

Have a great summer if you're leaving town, and if you're staying, don't be shy, let's hang out! It's going to be a quiet one.
